This is the Living Rules (V1.04) by John Rodriguez for the Valley Games edition of Republic of Rome. The majority of the changes are focused on grammar and capital standardization. There have been a few instances where some rules have been reworded for clarity. The Errata (1.04) has also been incorporated into these rules. Thanks to Brian Mola for the re-edit.

Actually it is 1.04 but didn't get the title block updated to reflect that. Version 1.02 was rejected by the mods because it came from the developer instead of Valley directly. So we took that opportunity to reformat and correct a few things. So file wise, 1.04 is correct.
