Am collecting suggestions for revisions
to clarify this and then post version 2.
So far, points to clarify include:
1. Number of Brit leaders.
2. Zulu movement after reinf placement in outer zones allowed.
3. Drop in water cart's value beyond 4 VPs.
4. OTHERS?

I think this second version is much better;
due to a couple of opponents who "play-tested"
it, one a newbie to the game, the other a vet.

Still appreciate any suggestions...
Am posting a graphic version of this sheet
with turn and VP tracks, etc.
