In the example, if the player takes the "equal to or less than option", wouldn't they take the Red 3 AND the Green 0?

Of the cards in the removal zone, you take:

- All cards with same colour as the played card
- All cards with a value less or equal to the value fo the played card

What may not be clear from the stated rule is that the player does not chose between the two, but takes all cards the satisfy either condition.

In the example, the player received the Green 0 and Green 7 since they are the same colour as the card played. The player also receives the Red 3 since its value is less or equal to the value of the played card. Green 0 is less or equal to the played card, but the player has already taken such card in the example since it matched the color of the played card.

I hope that helps.
