Cool. Are there rules for these ships somewhere or are they your own creation. I know the Ogre book has LSEV, SES and SCS type ships, but destroyers and Cruisers I cant find. Stats for Kraken and Shchuka, thats going to be interesting, Ogre subs presumably?
My own coastal invasion campaign idea needs some input regarding ships, So something for comparison would be useful, especially regarding Armour unit purchase costs. I'm also curious as to why your fighters stats are different from those in the ogre book and how do they balance up in points cost. M6 for a fighter was a bit slow I suppose when a GEV can beat it in a straight line.
I am sorry to have disappointed you, but it's nothing, for now . Balancing the map and starting forces has proven too difficult for me. Writing the "script" was easy enough, but making it playable is another thing, and I lack sufficient experience in game design. I have found OGRE balance too fragile to rule in ships and planes. Perhaps someone with a little bit more experience in game design can finish what I started. Meanwhile, you may use the counters for your own scenarios. Again, sorry for the disappointment and the long wait.

I don't own the book(if you mean The Ogre Book), so these are entirely my creation. And entirely unbalanced.

Yes, they are basically OGRE subs with a Cruise missile built-in.

It was originally a typo, I wanted to make it 6/6. In general, see my previous reply. I wasn't able to balance different unit types well enough.
I am determined to get a game balance for an ogre/gev coastal invasion campaign. So your prior efforts are very useful to draw inspiration from. I'm also drawing inspiration from the pc game: empire deluxe.
Since my previous post, I have also found the Kraken rules at http://www.sirdinglydang.com/kraken.htm and the relevant discusion at the sjgames forum. So I now have more idea of what others have put together as well, However after quite a number of years it seems the kraken rules are incomplete and likely to remain that way.
I think I will try to work something out without the use of submerged Ogres or Kraken first, Then see where they fit in and how to balance them. The Submarines pose the biggest problem as they require new rules on submerged movement, so they may not be used initially either.
Oops, I though it was my idea to name a submersible OGRE a kraken. Apparently, my google-fu wasn't strong enough. Please keep us updated on your work and good luck to you.
