This fan-made expansion includes 6 new tiles that features staircases on the city pieces. These stairs have the ability to increase or decrease the value of a when it gets scored. See rules for details (also included in zip file).
This will be one of the custom expansion I'll craft myself soon to try it out. Theoretically it sounds great
I hope that the Carcassonnecentral forum will get fixed some day, 'cause it was always nice to see new expansions evolve. The completed expansions luckily are still available though.
