Colors of things is something I angst over. I happen to like the colors here, and have had others comment to me that they like the colors here. Interesting to note that I had this printed for myself in b&w for maybe a year and a half, but printed it in color only about 6 months ago.
I can't say you are wrong. If I ever update this then I'll give your suggestion a try (Blue & Orange - New York State and New York Mets colors).
