This is not an official FAQ. This file is a community generated Rules Clarification Document (RCD). Most of the clarifications come from the TOI community and so are "unofficial", but there are a few that are "official" in that they were answered by FFG staff. While some of the clarifications might seem obvious to experienced TOI gamers, they might not be so clear to a new TOI player. I have put a LOT of work into this document, but thanks must go to BBG member CthIngo for his initial work and for sending me his original file. I would also like to thank BGG member dutchy124 as he will help me keep this RCD updated. I hope you find our work very helpful.
