At last we are ready to present to you new army to fight for the control over city - the Cartel. It is a band of thought drug and weapon smugglers, also know as ruthless killers. They are really resistant and have a lot of ammo to pass around. Sadly they do not have a sniper, and have only one tile with cars.

We still waiting for graphics for the new army, so as for now, we used some photoshopped graphis from the internet. We do hope you'll like them, although they're not as comic-like as the original graphics.

And last thing. We tested and tested and tested the new side agains each of existing gangs, but you understand that we can't take all the possibilities under consideration. That is why we ask you to leave word about new army, if you decide to print it out and test it. It is very important to us not to release a flawed game.
