Incorrect rules alert.

The first person to drop out draws 5 cards from the deck, and then chooses 3 cards from their hand for the next player to look at.

The next player draws 2 cards, picks up the 3 left behind by the first player to drop out, and then leaves 3 for the next player.

This continues until the last player, who draws 2 from the deck, the 3 left behind, and then discards 3.

The cards are not blindly drawn from people's hands.
