A nice summary.

Several suggestions:

"Setup" forgets to mention that you choose a ship as well as the 2 stars of your home systems.

Put the words "green", "blue", "red", "yellow" with the actions for people who don't print it on a color printer.

There's extra space at the end of the page; you could describe the Sinister variant and the good/evil stuff.
