Good resource!

One suggestion if you do an update: include the costs of the rows in the card phase. I know the first couple times I played solo I would forget that the third and fourth row are both 2 cash. Instead I'd pay 3 cash for the fourth row by accident (or decide not to because of the cost).

As to prices in the card phase, I printed out the rather excellent 'solo game help sheet in card phase' by user mill1.
Apart from looking rather gorgeous, it 'holds' the cards neatly and states the card prices. Take a look.

Good aid, except there's an error in it. In the setup you mention:

- Place 2 sets of Private Fields face down - each set shuffled

I don't know where that comes from but it certainly is not in the original rules.

It is. It's in the Game Setup section on page 2 near the bottom.

Quoting from the rulebook.

Quote:

8 Private fields (with green backs):
2 sets, each of 4 cards with 3,4,5, and 6 spaces
Shuffle each set of 4 cards then place one set on top of the other, face-down and to the left of the Home field. This forms the field pile.

She may have worded it a little funny, but pretty much, it makes sure you have 4 different cards in the first four and four different cards in the last four, in a random order.
