Excellent stuff, very detailed - love reading about other peoples' plays on this one as the game just creates it's own superb narrative.

Thanks Paul - one depressing sidebar about my second play - my International Opinion dropped to zero on May 22nd and thus I spent 7 days at this level. Despite all the disadvantages therein, I was able to hold 6 of the 10 landing zones by May 28th.

BUT - after I finished the game, I discovered that I should have removed a warship for every day my I.O. was at zero. I'm not sure that would have made a difference but that certainly would have meant less warships to put on picket duty and on San Carlos duty.

It was the only engagement the Brits won of the three I played, so I was disappointed to find out later I had played that incorrecly.

If any BGGers find any other mistakes or have questions, let me know. I would have liked to have built in a more efficient way to record the stats of the game I chronicled; in particular the missions and kills of the Harriers. There's bound to be a better way to track and record this by letting Excel do it's thing!

Anyway - constructive criticism is welcome!
