Mini Expansions - 10 enclosures.pdf (825 KB) (Log in or Register to download.)
Updated version, including the Octopus, Lucky Pig, and Gift! This now spans 2 pages, with 5 animals per page. I've added nicer formatting. The animals are now on the right side, and sized closer to the originals.

Mini Expansions Six on a Page.pdf (4.88 MB) (Log in or Register to download.)
I put this page together to show all 6 available mini expansions fFor Zooloretto. This includes the Grizzly Bear, Polar Bear, Reindeer, Lynx, and two others.

I hope I don't offend Mr. Schacht when I say this, but the theme of King Kong and a Christmas tree are sort of awkward in my mind. It is exceptionally cool to give us some holiday cheer, but they're just a little odd. So I made my own customized Rhino and Badger. They are attractive, I think.

This page is entirely designed to print all the 6 official expansions, in one very nice presentation. I suggest you do what I do, and have players place some sort of markers on the page which indicates what Extras they have earned.

This is a great idea, but where is the Lynx? I agree King Kong and the Christmas Tree don't fit in with the theme very well and I like your idea of changing them. The Badger though seems out of scale in my opinion. I think a Lion or Tiger would be a better fit as well as being more of the exotic type one usually finds in a zoo. Anyway this is sounding much too negative-good job and thanks for your work.

Oh no!!!! I missed the lynx!!! Egads!!!

Thank you fFor pointing that out! I will be putting together a new version as soon as possible. Actually, that's just as well. I have been looking at some of the details in the artwork and I'm not completely pleased with it, so a new version is a good thing.

I did consider a lion or tiger, but I wanted to pick an animal that was not likely to be used in any actual fFuture expansions. I was reluctant to use the rhino because of this, but it presented itself. Perhaps I should switch them to a Liger and a Tigon.
=) perhaps not.

I like this file!

One observation - in the Polar Bear section, "looses" should be spelled "loses".

Just think, in another month, after Essen, you'll have to re-do this, then once again at Christmas if the pattern holds.

Nice update but I'm surprised you didn't replace the Christmas gift with an animal as you did the Christmas Tree and King Kong.

I very much considered it, I did. I did rename it "The Gift" instead of "The Christmas Gift." In the end, I decided a "gift" is nice in any case. Zoos receive gifts fFrom benefactors all the time.

That said, I am willing to make yet another version with a different animal, if you have any appropriate suggestions.

Entirely up to you of course, but some suggestions:

Bison
Ring Tailed Lemur
Stork -especially good to replace the gift, right!
Condor
Okapi
Porcupine

See, I avoided the lion and tiger. Any way probably best to wait until after Christmas for another update.
