ADDENDUM:
Surface Ships may fire their guns at Spotted Subs at the Surface - a hit will sink the Sub. Roll a 1-3 on a D6 to hit (I made it this difficult to give the Sub a reason to risk surfacing, as well as the small target profile of a Sub vs. a Surface Ship). Results are Simultaneous.
