Nice chart.

However, to make it completely accurate, I believe the following changes are in order:

Note 1 should read "Except as noted in notes 2 and 3 below, privates may be purchased by corporations starting in Phase 3 for half to twice face value."

Note 2 should read "Keystone Tunnel and Mississippi River Bridge privates may be purchased by corporations in Phase 2 for any price up to face value."

No, Phase 3 starts with the purchase of the first 3T. Privates (other than the Tunnel & Bridge) can't be bought in until after the first SR after the first 3T is bought. There has to be an intervening SR between the first 3T being bought (which starts Phase 3) and privates being bought in.

Thanks! We found it helpful during the initial bidding process, for which it was specifically developed. And it is perfectly accurate the way it is. I did not address the timing of publics' ability to purchase privates at all, only the cost. We know the rules about the timing.
