I have found the best solution to be to download vector (eps) files from John Tamplin's 18xx.info website. It is currently down, but should be back soon. Remember to replace the super small city values with your own.

+1 with caveats for the many tiles I'm interested in which he doesn't have listed.
I've been thinking fairly seriously about replicating John's tile-software here in order to produce my own EPS files for the tiles I need (and conforming to his new more readable format).
"Please feel free to comment or ask for certain features." Can Adobe Illustrator output (save) this as a Standard Vector Graphics (.svg) file? If so, could you download that as well please?
