A very special thanks to my friend who have DoomEdit for letting me have it again. This is the same scenario but made using DoomEdit for better presentation.

Randommap1.zip (373 KB) (Log in or Register to download.)
I got RanDOOM v3 and used it to make this map, randomly generated. All flavor text is taken from RanDOOM, which is a program made by Tibs using the Nightmare difficulty. So a word of warning, this map can be a little unfair. Also I deleted my Doomedit by accident and cannot replace it, so I used tilesystem to make the map.

Wow. I can tell exactly the order in which you generated the rooms based on how you numbered them. The funny thing is, that's the order I would have recommended anyway.

Good job!

"The base is overrun. Find a way to get out and get out."

Too bad I never made an "intro" text generator but yeah, this is the gist of every RanDOOM level.

Edit: Since RanDOOM was designed to go piece by piece, it doesn't remember any unpaired teleporters when the level is finished. Nice job covering that up. And with flavor text, no less!

Thanks for that, Tibs. Note the flavor for the berserk on the scientist I forgot to type and closed too quickly, so I made that one up as well. But you got an idea on how to improve the program, stick an intro generator.
