This is a terrific design! Well done. I'll be upgrading my copy to this soon.
Your unit tokens are cool. When I designed my own print outs, I was not sure what kind of icon I should take. Your icons really gives a flavor to each house. I like it.
"standart" = standard "5 Truth Trance and 5 Thumper tokens" (and there is also too big a gap between truth and trance) "Sardaurkar" = Sardaukar "To form xax 2-sided tokens" "Sardaurkars" = Sardaukars "(not recommended!" = (not recommended!) "Seeker and (too big a gap) Crysknife respectively." "...a three-roll limit may be imposed (too big a gap) upon players in..."
I suspect it's from your wordprocessor but for whatever reason, there are a number of too big gaps between words.
First of all, EXCELLENT ART! Great job! I'm confused though. I've never played the game but your artwork has inspired me to create my own copy. I only 6 Sardaurkar token... in your rules you say there should be 8...
I have to ask though, Why did you decide to mix up the colors?
Yes, this is very curious. It makes the components incompatible between Dune and Dune Express. Considering that these are PnP, it would make sense to have standardized pieces where ever possible so that one set could cover both games (saving costs).
I have to ask though, Why did you decide to mix up the colors?
Funny question ) I didn't want to mix up the colors. This is just because i had no intention to make Dune while making Dune Express, and Dune has different "classic" color scheme for over 30 years.
Most of the color schemes of Dune-based games are wrong. Dune by Avalon Hill is most close, but Harkonnen flag colors are blue and white. Blue would be better color for Harkonnens.
Right, and green and black for Atreides. I love the redesign, excellent work. Looking at all your redesigns has been a real inspiration to my own work, thank you!
