Version 1 of a scenario I made for Doom: The Boardgame so that it fits on my small table. Uses 2 new game mechanisms that I made up. They're not complicated, but should you have any problems understanding them, just ask.
I just played it with myself twice - 1 invader, 1 marine, both controlled by me. I think it would be pretty balanced with real people, the first time I played the scenario I was killing nearly every invader that came across the marine and he got out of trouble by just 3 invader cards, the second time I tried to haste and the marine got out by several more invader cards.
In conclusion: Go play it with someone else and see how balanced it is. I tried to balance it as well as I could. You see, the marines need to use speed in order to complete their objectives, but then again, they will have to fend off any remaining invaders in the very end and, from my experience, relying on speed usually leaves you with a lot of invaders still roaming the level (and probably little health), and the invader player should get the idea of rounding up his forces in the hangar towards the end of the game.
I'm not too sure about the invader deck being large enough for 3 marine players when you draw a card for each of them, but you might use other cards for counting time, if it's too short.
