The stickers come in the order indicated in the rules (final pages, in the card description). 3 stikers (indicated in yellow boxes) include point 1 of balancing rules file (BGG). Improvements are accepted (this is a result of a translation from german and consultation of the english rules - i don't have the cards in english)
