1.4 version submitted for approval - I was just shown a nifty way to create counter images - so I went a little crazy.... All polite feedback and suggestions are welcome! Please send Geekmail!

Corrections to be incorporated in 1.4:
* Redid counters for Iraq and Yugoslavia (White on Yellow = hard on eyes)
* Corrected Table in variant 30
* redid German Naval Counters (White on Black)
* Tightened definitions on 53.1
* Changed counters in Axis 9 to match unit IDs on counters provided with game.
