Looks helpful. Should assist new players and veterans alike.

A couple of points:
- 6.15 Resolve Sieges: Only resources of the non-sieging faction are changed over to Neutrals.

- 5.7 Bishoprics: During Turn 0, the status is set to the controlling faction's column.
