Construction doesn't help the pyramids? Poor Egypt.

Jihad may be a little too strong, but it's a modern wonder, so it won't last long before the game is over.

Maybe a balance to Jihad would be the following.

Instead of Theology discount, Fundamentalism and bump the price and the discount 30 (10). Second, Jihad isn't an eternal magic machine of destruction. How about before getting to use it start of turn power making it "eat" a coin on another tech card?

Start of Turn:
Remove a coin off of one of your tech cards or obsolete Jihad.
Then destroy a building OR SPY to destroy a wonder.

Or perhaps

When Jihad is blockaded the blockading player gets to use Jihad's power against the player with Jihad.

The another idea is to have Jihad build with a Devote to the Arts action and the spending of 25 culture tokens, less with discount. Not like Jihad is a physical "wonder" that takes "building".

Oh, right, because I can just blink and produce 25 culture tokens? Have you seen the 3000 threads decrying how hard cultural victory is already? Eating coins is a reasonable idea though.

I produced 25 in a single city management turn yesterday only devoting a single nuclear powered city to the arts (twice) for 9 x 2 = 18 + 7 for Metal Casted Incense. Another game I had 21 that I had accumulated during turns when I needed all my trade to get tech (and eventually produced more and went up 5 levels (II) in a single turn. I imagine if you wanted it, it is achievable. I just can't see hammers building a jihad, of course I wouldn't have made it a wonder in the first place as the fundamentalist jihad is really just terrorism without the ninja coolness factor. Obviously there are more peaceful interpretations of jihad, but I doubt they bring down buildings and wonders.

P.S. I agree about culture victory, I tried yesterday and couldn't get half way without completely neglecting my empire. Keep in mind to win with culture you have to have a lot more than 25 culture, and it is something else that non-culture people could spend culture on. Maybe 1 at each wonder level (although again I think you could go better without jihad). Ancient Library of Alexandria advance a culture level when you build a level 1 tech no other player has previously (if you build it at the same time as another player(s) and no other player has it you advance).
Medieval Caliphate/Papacy Proselytism Gain a culture level when you defeat an enemy army.

Statue of Liberty give you a(nother) free tech each turn, Eiffel Tower let you split your trade between 2 techs

Not bad. I must say that they're very quality cards, and I like most of your ideas...

But I've never heard of any wonder or significant building called the "Ninja Dojo", the Jihad seems a bit overpowered, and the Coleseum is redundant (and isn't a wonder either, not that I'm aware of anyways). Correct me if I'm wrong.

The Great wall should also be cheaper, since all it really does is save 1 city management turn that you'd be using to build walls around each of your cities.

BTW, I can't find the tiles for the wonders; but maybe my eyes are missing something?

Okok, but imho it's cool and thematic.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/New_Seven_Wonders_of_the_World
It's an ancient (weaker) version of the Samurai Castle.

If you have Masonry, it costs as 2 walls. If you do NOT have Masonry, you save a technology.

With more freetime, I'll do a new hi-res pdf with cards AND tiles for my wonders.
