Is it possible to get these as individual images? Even perhaps at high resolutions (300dpi)?

And where did you find the dice to glue the images on?

My blank white dice are made by Koplow Games, a pack of 12 (I think it was) ran me about 4 or 5 bucks; I bought them at a local 'school supply' place.

They are the same as these:
http://www.amazon.com/dp/B0018TDN8S?tag=article-boardgamegee...

This educational supplies place in Green Bay has them, 6 for $1.99 (plus shipping if you need that) (I saw you are in Wisconsin) -- google for 'winsconsin educational supply' to find other possibilities.

As for the pdf, I didnt' make that... but you can find the graphics and fonts used to make the file at PD Magnus's site fontmonkey.com for free.

I printed the pdf onto sticker stock on a color laser printer. (Something like this) and then stickered the dice and some cardstock, and cut the cardstock by hand.

I ripped the images from the official Decktet PDF. You can download the images I used (800x800) here.

The dice I used are from Yahtzee Jr.. You can often find it for cheap in thrift stores. You might also want to check out the following geeklist for other games containing dice like these: Thrifting games to get indented dice.
