As most of us know, there is a severe lack of interested players (due to the relative newness of the game I suppose) for such a face-to-face event to be a reality.
I would love to play on iggamecenter more often but the turn-based/asynchronous sites tend to be more popular since scheduling a known, uninterrupted chunk of time to play a game of unknown length can be problematic. There's lots of good games on there I would love to get more exposure to besides Amazons. I think I played Taiji once with the designer, but I'm also interested in Alta, Adaptoid, and I just found out about and am intrigued by Ordo. I play Arimaa too, but there's already a popular site to play that at Arimaa.com.
