Very cool concept here! If it were me I would build upon this and polish up the artwork a little more and roll with it. This is definately a villain I would use. The idea about him being afraid of fire is cool. Great job.
No just the basics; but you can add a +1 fight die to the Mummy's attack during a showdown (If Lady Hanbrook does die), to spice it up a little. He was a little upset when his girlfriend died. Have fun!
