Each team consist of 5 riders. A Climber, a Puncheur, a Cobblestone specialist, a Rouleur and a Sprinter.
The team-cards works in conjunction with the "The Peloton"-file version 1,8 or newer:

...by the way, I recommend you trying out playing with the 'double-hexagon-peloton-tile' from the file 'The Peloton'. In my own opinion it adds a whole new dimension to the game, since it adds many of the tactical aspects of riding inside the peloton, which are a huge part of cycling.
