This a fixed copy of the original file. I made a mistake on the red hit die in the original, there are now 3 red twos like it's supposed to be.

The 8-sided dice folding instructions are in the file. The 8-sided die is a tad flimsy, so I cheat & add glue to the flaps, I just don't trust the die to stay together.
