This is Castle Panic Token Set 3. Instead of monsters there are expanded abilities and perks for the monsters. For the defender there are a set of tokens that they can buy. Instead of making cards up I think it's easier to create tokens and purchase the token. It's harder to print up and mix cards seamlessly into a "real" deck.
