Thanks for that! I was going to do this myself, but I'll probably just use your numbers. Based on your formulas (with integer distances along the plane of the map), it looks like you bothered to measure each and every reachable combination of destinations! (Wow!) I was going to scan in the board and get (X,Y) coordinates and let the computer make a table of distances. Still might. At any rate, a most impressive and, I expect, helpful effort!
