Hey guys, I'm uploading the color version (it should be up in a few days, once it's approved). It's not the form fillable one though.

BTW, @parduz: I think I know what happened with the colors. I just upgraded to Corel X5 and all my DP files got weird colors. Version 12 and 15 probably handle color management differently, and I couldn't get them to talk to each other, so I had to change the colors manually. :/
