Some comments and rules questions:
- The example for the Competition table in the sidebar doesn't match the figures in the table (8,-3,-5 c.f. 6,-2,-4)
- I think the Joker event is a bad idea, it requires people to know the whole deck before playing the game.
- Can the event that neutralizes suits be countered by 'defense'? If not, it's worth clarifying because the question will be repeated.
Looks good, I'll review my budgets and may snap one up.
