If you wish the creature cards had text legends, here is the solution.

Print out these carefully worded legends (which include card titles and a very short description of their function), and cut them out. Sleeve your creature cards using card sleeves, and then slip these legends into the bottom of the sleeves.

They are sized to not obscure the pictures, while still providing all the info you need. Enjoy!
