I only scanned the pdf for a moment, but one spelling error that popped out at me was the word 'entrance.' It seems pretty consistently misspelled as 'entrence.' (since you asked )

Well, I was aiming for a toolbox feel and to provide some ideas that could be used in 2p games as well. I'll post some thoughts around that topic eventually.
