I didn't include Erweiterung because its ratings are low and I didn't think it would add to the game;
Grenzstreitigkeiten requires changes to the map I don't feel qualified to make (though would love to see); and
Das Duell, although it looks really good, is too big a change to fit into the little cheat-sheet format.
