First thing is that I find it better to apply clear contact paper (it is a clear plastic but the package says, "Contact Paper") to your graphics before you start cutting them from the page. The reason is that the ink from home printers is easily smudged and scratched. So the first thing I do is apply the clear contact paper.
I did not glue the graphics to the original blackboard but rather made a new one. I cut the same size piece from a book cover. I get damaged books from the Thrift store for $.10. To this piece I glued the refrigerator magnet material to the right side panel, where the odds & rankings are located. Then I used two pieces from a cereal box to add thickness to the rest of the board. Now that the board is the same thickness throughout I glued the graphics to both sides.
I glued the stable tokens to the refrigerator magnet material using rubber cement. Then cut the tokens from the magnet material. You could scan and duplicate the tokens rather than gluing the magnet material to the originals, I didn't just cause I did not think of it till now. If the magnet material has graphics, glue the graphics side to the tokens. This way the bare magnet material is facing your blackboard.
I used the same methods for the Rounds counter and Hour Glass token. The Rounds counter is that group of numbers 1-9 between the front and back of my Blackboard graphics.
I used 3M brand Super 77 Spray glue for the Blackboard and Barge brand rubber cement for the tokens.
