Yeah, these are nice. I like how you've given Spain a few advantages in the variants to balance out the general crap-ness of only being adjacent to the Med.
Navigation doesn't usually get taken, so that's a great variant too.
I'd really like to take a crack at some of these, but I'm perpetually explaining the rules to noobs, so I'll probably have to stick to the base game.
Mike ..I can't understand one of the "enhanced" tiles, viz. "Agriculture ..take one population w/o tapping it as soon as you take this tile.." Could you paraphrase that for me, as I am not sure what the "it" is to which you refer; I don't quite understand if it means " tap the population token" and if so, I don't see what that would mean : how does one "tap" a pop. in the sense that one "taps" eg Sugar or Tobacco Tiles ..??
Another suggestion : add your BGG ID to the hard copy version !
Its to make Agriculture more attaractive. Basically when you first take the tile you get 1 population increase immediatley but do not tap the tile. After that you get 1 population increase by tapping the tile as per normal.
