This pack includes the latest version of the rules and all images for the expansion. I have larger images in JPG and TIF if better printing is requested.
Did you try a right-click on the link and click save-as? It's a zip file, so clicking it will most likely try and open it, which seems to do nothing while it downloads. I could pull it down fine, though.
