I used the free open source software GIMP to manipulate this psd file. Use FFSJ to join ( http://www.jaist.ac.jp/~hoangle/filesj/) The lite version works just fine.

Here are the details for use that I received from Fantasy Flight Games:

Our rules for PBF, VASSAL, and other online boards are that:

1) All parties must own the game -- this usually means that there needs to be text or other info blanked out from cards. Generally, this requires that the game has a GM who is in control of the cards.

2) You may not make any money from it -- this means you can't have web ads, Paypal donation buttons, or any other pleas for donations.

3) You must give us proper attribution. I'd like you to add "© 2011 George R.R. Martin © 2011 Fantasy Flight Publishing, Inc." to the bottom of the map.

4) You must remove it if we ask.
