This is an improved version of my "realistic" game map for Sword and the Stars. The Systems are set within the arms of a spiral galaxy and the color identification of the different system Ideologies is better differentiated than the earlier version.

The reason I uploaded a TIF to the files section is because my original file, for whatever reason, looked a little better to my eye with the TIF compression than the JPG compression, but that could just be my software and monitor. I've put a JPG in my BGG gallery. Click on the image here.

Thanks!

Any chance of redoing the cards? I know I'd like the sector checks highlighted, and larger & sturdier cards, too. Something that will fit nicely in a standard 2.5 x 3.5 card sleeve. I figure I could print them via artscow or something.

Regards,

Dan

Yes, the cards could use some improvement. I'll have to think about it a bit and see if the muse of old SPI games blesses me with some inspiration. Maybe someone will beat me to it!?

If anyone beats you to it, it definitely won't be me. I don't have much in the way of artistic talent I'm afraid.
