yea, due to the crazy abilities (ie. demi gods characters), there's just way too much text to translate. So most likely, it is better to just print the translation and keep the translation next to the cards. I've worked on the JPG versions of the translation and they are smaller (font size 5 or 6) I can also upload those, and those will fit inside sleeves. Should I upload those as well?
yea i fixed most of them, feel free to let me know if i did a mistake or not... I am uploading the new update again, I forgot Yuan Shao and Zhang Jiao are rulers I am still confused about Frost Blade, or as you put it, famous sword 2
I haven't read all the cards or even played the game yet, but I think on Sun Quan it's actually, if you are about to die (0 life points), you get an extra life point when an Wu character plays a Tao for you (0 life points to 2 life points). 额外 means additionally. So I guess in addition to the 1 point you would get normally from someone playing a Tao for you when you're about to die, you get 1 more if an Wu character does it. I think this only applies when you're on the "brink of death" (as sanguoshaenglish blog defines the phrase 濒死状态). Meaning you don't get the +2 Tao every time you lose one life point. So I guess a concise way of putting it would be, "when an Wu player plays a Tao card for you when you're "on the brink of death," (0 life points), you get an additional life point (+2 life points)." Or "when your life points hit 0, any Wu player can play a Tao card for you and your life points will increase to 2"
I hope to play this game during Christmas with the English translations. If I can get my sister-in-law or my mom/dad to play I'll ask them to see if there's any mistakes with the English (though this may be a long shot). I've had the game for like 2 years now and haven't played b/c my Chinese wasn't good enough. So excited to now play with these translations. I just bought like 200 Players Choice Standard sized card sleeves for the game. They better fit >_< or I'll be sooo mad.
