Trois petites remarques :
• “Construire des rails” peut laisser penser qu'on peut construire plusieurs liaisons en une action.
• C'est “Passer une action“ qui coûte une carte, pas passer son tour (= 2 actions).
• Il faut écrire “Vous pouvez combiner”
