Lock N Load Melee Table & Probabilities V2.pdf (377 KB) (Log in or Register to download.)
Melee Odds table updated to correct some errors.
The 2-3 column was included based on the Errrata found elsewhere, to include another column to fit in a kill # of 9 betwen the 1-2 and 1-1 column.
Let me know if there's any more errors.

Just a fancier Melee Odds Table for fast reference. Also includes table with the Die Roll needed. Just look up the Attacker FP and Defender FP and find the Die roll.

Four attack factors against five defense factors is a 1-1? What alternate universe is that from?

From the universe of mush brained adults with newborn child?blush

That looks to be an error. I'll try to fix when time permits.

From the rulebook Page 9:
8.0 Melee Combat

"... an odds ratio is determined, dropping any fractions. For example: 4FP attacking 2FP is 2-1, whereas 5FP attacking 2FP is not 2.5-1 but also 2-1."
So based on the example of the rulebook:
a 4FP attacking a 5FP is not 2-2.5, but also 2-2 or 1-1.
Not pure math, just a game rule.

Regards

The baby was very much planned for and lots of 'work'. At least a year in the making.

The melee table: not so much planning nor effort

In my mind, I've calculated it as 4 divided by 5 = 0.8. Since this value lies between 2-3 (0.666) and 1-1 (1.0), I take 4-5 as being equivalent to 2-3.

I could very easily be wrong...zombie
