Thanks for the great list. I notice you mention the problem with rule 28.7. That "6" was indeed a typo. Here's a link to a letter I wrote to AH with replies from Don Greenwood himself. The letter may not be that useful now, but at the time, it was nice to have an official clarification of the rule. It drove me crazy trying to figure out what that "6" referred to!
