It was done in Pages, a word processor program for MacOS. All the uploader needs to do is select 'Print' and then there should be a 'PDF' button, when you click that button it will give you the option to 'save as a pdf'.

I would convert it over myself but I don't want to steal another person's work(not to mention I don't have a Mac here at work) laugh
