Here is an updated version of the Alpha +3 Setup National Objectives. There is a difference in Soviet control of European territories. Also United Kingdom and United States have different objectives. If you like it, please give it a thumbs up!

Here is the National Objectives of Global 1940 Alpha +3. One detail I failed to mention in the document is that the "x" stands for # IPCs per territory, while the "*" stands for a one time payment, but you all probably knew that already. For those who don't know what the Alpha setup is, which I just recently discovered, it is a revised edition of a game, in this case Axis & Allies Global 1940, that has been officially revised by the game's designer.
