Continuing the work of several different users, primarily Axensmash, this is an updated and expanded version of the variant Racial Objectives that replace the regular Secret Objectives. The following optional rules are required for some of the objectives: Leaders, Shock Troops, Racial Technologies, Flagships and Political Intrigue
