DiF Bombing Variant 12012011.doc (433 KB) (Log in or Register to download.)
I wanted a little more "substance" to the actual bombing phase of the game. I wanted something in line with DiF:AH so here's my first approach. Only ply tested a couple of times (solo). Thoughts appreciated. The Ship Target cards in the photo are very rough... not final

Frankly this is something that I could have just posted as a variant in the forums. Too late now...
Basically what's in this file is a treating Bombing targets in a manner similar to Bombers themselves: Instead of a set Flak value, the Targets will draw cards against the incoming planes, they will also get support from other cards (such as AAA sites). Also targets may get more elaborate, creating the opportunity to fly some planes as "Flak suupression" and others against the main target. Hope it's interesting.

Don't know why the photo isn't in the file....
