An alternate ruleset for Crusader Rex with some different ground rules, like: * Drastically altered victory conditions which forces the Saracen player into action * Returning Order blocks * Altered siege rules, and some optional rules to make them even harder * Penalty for attacking with more blocks then the Command Rating * Disrupting Command Range for pinned and besieged leaders * Removed concept of withdraw

Update to previous Alternate ruleset, changes: * Streamlined wording * Increased penalty for attack with more blocks then the Command Rating * Disrupting Command Range now only applies to pinned or besieged leaders * Removed concept of withdraw * Block draw when Victory City is lost, but not if volunteery abandoned
