No Retreat Save Sheet.pdf (52 KB) (Solve captcha above to download.)
In case a game runs a bit long, simply mark the location of each unit (and whether its full or half strength). I just circle the correct side for Russian units, or note 1/2 for Germans. For board position, I mark City (or "NE of City"), or DD/DS/Surr/Rail/Cadre/Turn#. Save cards by number

Just to note down the position of the pieces. For example
German 4th Army -- Riga.
German 6th Army (half) -- East of Smolensk.

I did this by hand (before having the sheet) the really helpful part is for the russians. When you are trying to read

5th Guard Tks -- Moscow you have to flip everything to red, but my sheet will tell you it's on the back of the Central Unit.

Of course, a good cameraphone would work, too.
